Inspection Report for Heavy Metal Residue of UC Bacon's Graphene Powders

The common heavy metal residue in textile includes Ni, Cr, Hexavalent Cr, Co, Hg, Sb, As, Cd, Pb, Cu, etc. The excessive heavy metal would be absorbed by the human body and further accumulated in the liver, bones, kidneys and brain of the body. It will not only weaken the immune function of human body, induce the incidence of cancer, cause the chronic intoxication and also hurt the central nervous system.

Starting with the highly purified graphite (electronic grade) as the raw materials, UC Bacon develope a complete dry process, called direct continuous phsical technology, to produce the graphene. No acid,  alkali solution, organic solvent or harmful chemical will be used in the process. The inspection report of heavy metal residue from SGS (Test standard: EN71-3:1994+A1:2000/AC:2002) proved non detection for the common eight heavy metal residue in UC Bacon's graphene powders, and this results are fullfill the highest standard for the raw material in textile industry.
