UniTran™ GM/GP series graphene waterproof and breathable membrane products are PU based membrane with graphene materials. The GM seires is based on hydrophilic sytem and the GP series is based on microporous system. According to the functional requirement from end market, UniTran™ GM/GP series offer two different function for comfort enhancement and anti-abrasion. For comfort enhancement, it not only provide the functions of highly water resistant and moisture permeability, but also provide a high heat convection and anti-static ability. With these extreme function, UniTran™ GM/GP series products are able to apply into the functional apparel, home & furniture textile or medical textile. For anti-abrasion, it provide a suprior anti-abrasion performance for passing over 50000 times in Martidale test. With these extreme function, UniTran™ GM/GP series products are able to apply into functional apparel or functional bag fabric in outdoor market.
Introduction of UniTran™ GM/GP product
UniTran GM/GP Series provide two different type products, the GM series for hydrophilic memberane and GP series for microporous membrane. GM series products are including GM-S050 ,GM-S100, and GM-S150 with over 50000 g/m²-24hrs on moisture permeability and over 10000mmH₂O on water resistance value. In the other hand, the graphene microporus membrane of GP series provide over 10000 g/m²-24hrs on moisture permeability and over 10000mmH₂O on water resistance value. For heat convection behavior, GM-S050 could provide a good anti-abrasion for passing over 50000 times in Martindale test; GM-S100 have a excellent heat dissipation for enhancing over 20% of heat conduction to laminated fabric. In addition, the sheet resistance of 5.15x10E5 Ω/□ for GM-100 shows a good anti-static behavior.
