Graphene Heat Spreading Sheet - UniTran™ FH/EH series
With a compatible heat spreading and dissipation properties to commercial artificial graphite paper
UniTran™ - Heat Spreading Composite Sheets are the heat dissipation films using the conductive materials. According to the heat dissipation properties, UniTran™ have two kinds of products, FH series for heat radiative application and EH series for heat spreading application. UniTran™ could provide several specifications for downstream customers in different applications, including two options for different substrate of metal and plastic substrates, the coated film thickness ranges of 5-35μm, and the equivalent thermal conductivity ranges of 250-1500W/mK. The UniTran - Heat dissipation series products are able to be applied into the thermal conductive application, such as the mobile device of cellphone, tablet, or VR/AR, home entertainment device, or large display.
UC Bacon has developed a series of heat dissipation sheet corresponding to demand from downstream custormers, including the heat radiation graphene sheet (product code of FH) and the heat dissipation film (product code EH). Several types substrate are applied into the heat dissipation graphene film such as metal substrate(copper foil or aluminum foil) or plastic substrate(PET, PI or PE film).
