UniTran^® - FH/EH graphene heat spreading composite sheets are the heat dissipation films using the conductive materials. According to the heat dissipation properties, UniTran^® have two kinds of products, FH series for heat radiative application and EH series for heat spreading application. UniTran^® could provide several specifications for downstream customers in different applications, including two options for different substrate of metal and plastic substrates, the coated film thickness ranges of 5-35μm, and the equivalent thermal conductivity ranges of 250-1500W/mK. The UniTran^® - Heat dissipation series products are able to be applied into the thermal conductive application, such as the mobile device of cellphone, tablet, or VR/AR, home entertainment device, or large display.

Functional Membrane with Excellent Heat Convection and Breathability

UniTran^®- GM-S/GM-P graphene waterproof and breathable membrane is a PU based membrane using graphene as core materials. The type of PU for GM-S series is hydrophilic PU, and the one for GM-P series is hydrophobic type PU. UniTran^® GM-S/GM-P series not only provide the functions of highly water resistant and moisture permeability, but it also provides a high heat convection and anti-static ability. With these extreme function, UniTran^® GM-S/GM-P series products are able to apply into the functional apparel, home & furniture textile or medical textile.

An Anti-Flammable and Conductive Membrane To Fulfill Special Requirements

UniTran^® - EM graphene anti-flammable and conductive membrane is the new product launched in 2024. Using the well-structured graphene nanoplatelet-GreenPhene^® as the raw material, UC BACON^® combine with special designed halogen free fire-retardant polymer to develop the graphene anti-flammable and conductive membrane. In addition, UniTran^® - EM membrane also provides the options for the requirement of waterproofness and breathability. UniTran^® - EM membrane will not only provide a lower resistance around of 100Ω/□ and pass through FAR-85.253 vertical flammability test, but also have over 10000 mm hydrostatic water rating and 10000 g/m²-24hrs on moisture. With these unique performances, the UniTran^® - EM membrane laminated fabric will fulfill the requirement of design on workwear, military or police force wear.

A colorful and anti-abrasive membrane originated from the grey tone from graphene

ColorPhene^® - Graphene Colorful Anti-abrasion membrane is a UC's new lauched product which is a functional color membrane with two particular color palettes of morandi tone and metallic shimmer based on the unique metallic grey tone from graphene. ColorPhene^® membrane applied UC's high purity graphene - GreenPhene^® as raw material with a good dispersion in matrix by using our unique dispersion technology, it is why UC's ColorPhene^® membrane could have such high anti-abrasion with such lower graphene content. On this basis, UC could possibly immerse this unique metallic grey tone from graphene into all kinds of color palette to creative massive "graphene" related color also with extreme anti-abrasion. With a proper usage of texture, ColorPhene^® membrane could pass over 20000 times in Martindale abrasion test (ASTM D4966, 12kPa) and Taber test (ASTM D3884, CS-17/1000g), it is able to apply into functional apparel, home-textile or decorates, and outdoor markets.
